Loved this small hotel. They suites were really nice. The staff was great. The included breakfast was unexpectedly great. Champagne in the afternoon and in the morning??? Everything was great. Would not change a thing.

Hotel boutique super bem localizado, você consegue ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos, praticamente ao lado do hotel tem 3 lojas da Western Union, o que facilita bastante na troca de dinheiro. Cama superconfortável, quarto grande, comportou muito bem nossa família de 2 adultos e 1 criança, comporta até 2 crianças no mesmo quarto. Café da manhã gostoso, tem o necessário. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel e sempre indicamos para amigos.

Terrible experience. Absolutely not a 5-star hotel. I had a prepaid, non-refundable reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff suddenly demanded an additional $200 with no clear explanation. When I refused to pay, I was told that they would not allow me to check in. I was left with no choice but to pay. The behavior at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was literally told: “If you don’t like it, don’t stay — we won’t refund your money.” This is unacceptable and feels like extortion. The pool is very small and freezing cold. The rooms are extremely narrow, with barely any space even to place a suitcase. At breakfast, there were spoiled / expired products, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. This hotel is nowhere near 5-star standards. I strongly do not recommend this place. It is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in all my travels.
